The power of flowers
Only 10 % of Sweden’s named statues depict women, shaping the view of our history. With the power of flowers, we wanted to honor women and highlight the inequality in our public space by letting our florists around the country decorate their local female statues for International Women’s Day. This PR idea launched a longterm initiative within the brand concept ”The Flower Effect” centered around sparking pride and unity among the franchised retailers – making a difference together. The campaign grows bigger and stronger every year on March 8th - International Women’s Day.
